Other Waters Resolution

The SWCD in consultation with local water management authorities, has adopted a summary of watercourses for inclusion in the local water management plan. These "other Waters" are additional waters targeted to help prioritize work within the county. The do not require a buffer per the MN State Buffer Law but do represent important waterways in the County and protection of them in encouraged and supported by local management resources.
