Logan graduated from NDSU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management with an emphasis on soil and water. After graduation he started working with USDA in 2018 and eventually transferred to the Natural Resource Conservation Service in 2021. With his role as a District Conservationist, Berg works primarily on all federal programs including EQIP, CRP, CSP, and RCPP which aid landowners with cover crops, no till/reduced till, nutrient management and wildlife habitat.
His interests outside of work include hunting, fishing, sporting clays and spending time with his wife on the farm, working cattle with their dog Rosie.
