Kelsie Tufto

Kelsie graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology, minoring in Mathematics.

Kelsie has experience working with landowners on different conservation practices they would like to implement on their land and giving them technical or financial assistance. She assists with MAWQCP certifications and recertifications. She works with the NRCS on EQIP applications and has experience with mapping on ArcGIS Pro. She monitors and samples our two Discovery Farm sites through the MDA and monitors observation wells for the DNR. She also assists with various outreach events the District attends every year.

Her interests outside of work include ice fishing, boating, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and English Bulldog named Butch.
