Jason Selvog

Jason graduated from the University of Minnesota – Crookston Campus in 1995 with an Associates in Applied Science degree in Natural Resources and began working in the natural resources field in 1996 when he was hired by the Benton SWCD as a Technician.

Jason has been working in the SCD office since 2004. Jason’s position is to coordinate and implement conservation and other related wildlife programs. He also provides technical assistance for wildlife habitat enhancement to private landowners and public organizations. Jason has over 29 years of experience working with the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). Jason is also a FAA licensed Drone pilot for the SCD.

When Jason is not working, he enjoys hunting, ice fishing, woodworking, and admits to being an NFL addict and Fantasy Football junkie!
